We currently use Amazon for our order fulfilment. We chose Amazon because they offer a first class standard of customer service, which gives our customers extra peace of mind.
As an Amazon seller we have adopted their general Returns Policy. However, the key information you need to know is as follows:
It’s just not what I was expecting
That’s fine, we know that this can occasionally happen with online purchases. But please don’t use it and try to package it back as near as possible to how you found it.
You may return any item to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will process your refund within 3-5 working days of receipt.
It’s damaged on receipt
Oh no! That’s not good, but we can help resolve that.
If you receive a damaged item, we can ship you a replacement of the exact item purchased.
If you wish to return part or all of your order, then please email us at: email@example.com. Indicate whether you require a refund or an exchange and please provide a brief explanation of the problem.
I’ve washed it and something bad has happened
This is where it can get a bit tricky. The good news is, we’re very reasonable. So if something has gone wrong in the first wash or two, then obviously we’ll make sure we put it right.
No matter where the problem lies, we ask you to make contact with us first through the email address firstname.lastname@example.org. And we’ll go from there.
We will email you a return label for your package and you will be required to pay the return postage cost. Upon receipt of the item(s) returned, we will either exchange or issue a refund as required.
But, fingers crossed, none of the above will be an issue as our products have all been tried and tested.
