Delivery of your goods

We don't believe that online customers should pay for shipping. After all, you wouldn't be charged to walk into a shop and collect! So all of our products are offered as free shipping within the UK.

At present, we use UPS to ship our orders. We find UPS to be one of the more reliable couriers and we want your order to reach you with no hiccups.

Whilst we cannot guarantee next day delivery, we find that UPS generally exceed expectations and deliver by the next day.

If you order before 1pm, then we can generally despatch the same day. 

So that's the easy bit. But what if things go wrong?

It’s just not what I was expecting

That’s fine, we know that this can occasionally happen with online purchases. But please don’t use it and definitely don't wash it! Instead, try to package it back as near as possible to how you found it.

You may return any item to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will process your refund within 3-5 working days of receipt. 

In this case, we will pay the return postage. If you wish to return part or all of your order, then please email us first at: admin@lovebedtime.co.uk

It’s damaged on receipt 

Oh no! That’s not good, but we can help resolve that.

If you receive a damaged item, we can ship you a replacement of the exact item purchased, or we can issue you a refund on successful return. Again, please email us first at: admin@lovebedtime.co.uk.

Indicate whether you require a refund or an exchange and please provide a brief explanation of the problem. In this case, we will also naturally pay the return shipping.

I’ve washed it and something bad has happened 

This is where it can get a bit tricky. The good news is, we’re very reasonable. So if something has gone wrong in the first wash or two, then obviously we’ll make sure we put it right.

No matter where the problem lies, we ask you to make contact with us first through the email address admin@lovebedtime.co.uk. And we’ll go from there.

We will email you a return label for your package and you will be required to pay the return postage cost. Upon receipt of the item(s) returned, we will either exchange or issue a refund as required.

But, fingers crossed, none of the above will be an issue as our products have all been tried and tested.
